What is Quick?
Quick is a delivery app that connects you with local shops for groceries, pet products, and more. We deliver right to your doorstep.
How do I place an order?
Browse shops and products, add items to your cart, select your delivery address, choose payment method, and confirm your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order while it is in "Pending" or "Confirmed" status. Once the order is being prepared, cancellation is not possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallet payments.
How can I change my phone number?
Go to Settings > Profile Settings > Change Mobile Number. You will receive an OTP to verify your new number.
